Fiction 101
October22
So I’m listening to the lectures of Randy Ingermanson’s Fiction 101 course on my Ipod Nano and getting a lot of housework done. I think before when I went through it a few times I was a pre-Freshman writer. I would listen and glean a fair bit, but I didn’t take myself very seriously and lacked focus. This time around I got so much more out of how he breaks down the 4 year process of moving from a novice to a published writer. It’s been really encouraging to look at it this way, and hear clearly what is required. It’s always good to go into a major undertaking with your eyes wide open. I’m really thankful for these resources.
I’m really excited to see what you write during November’s Nanowrimo!
Hi Bonn,
I’m going backwards—getting caught up on your blog.
Also want to see what happens this time ( I feel a little like a little kid putting my finger on a hot burner to see if it really will burn again this time ).
Hi there
It’s good to read a bit of your thoughts and ideas. It gives me a glimpse into your life!
Have a wonderful day.
