Home Life

Bonne lives in rural British Columbia with her husband and three children, who she home schools or not as circumstances dictate.

With her husband Jason Friesen she leads worship on vocals, and whenever possible, also in lyrical dance.   They share the testimony of their marriage that was destroyed by infidelity and resurrected by the grace of God in the venues God provides.

Besides writing both fiction and non, Bonne’s other currently active interests are musical theatre (contemplating directing another show this fall), belly dance (publicly performed for women only), taking walks in the sunshine and getting her new home studio just right.  She is an allumnus of Briercrest Bible College and enjoys theological discussion.
